There are three basic steps.

1. If Louisiana Direct Home Buyers buys your house, you’ll need to talk to us and tell us what you got.
2. If you can tell us what you have, then the next step is for us to put it into a purchase agreement, which we’ve tried to keep it as simple as possible.
3. The third step is we turn it over to a title company that specializes in the area where the property is.

Each one of those steps requires a conversation and, what’s involved and stuff like that. We try to keep it as simple as we can.

One of the things we also get asked about is, Am I better off listing it with a real estate agent? Am I better off with an Investor?
